Forgive me if I'm asking a question that's already been answered elsewhere.
I have a vague recollection of there being some cut off point for pursuing debt, and that that cut off point is 6 years. Does that make any sense?!! IS it true? Does anyone know what i'm talking about?! LOL! :rotfl:

You would be refering to the statute of limitations on debt, which stands at 6 years from the last time you make any contact with the company or make any payment etc.Debt £5600 all 0%0
