About to be made redundant

I believe I am imminently about to be made redundant as I believe the business I work for will fail.
I am 45 and have worked full-time since the age of 17 (apart from when I attended university). I have never claimed benefits of any kind. I have been in post less than one year and not only will I not receive any form of redundancy pay, I have also not been paid properly since July and am currently owed £3,200 (until yesterday I was owed £5,000).
I have completed a claim to the Employment Tribunal and hope to eventually obtain some of the money owed to me.
The more pressing issue is the fact that I believe I will be made redundant this week. My husband's basic pay is £18,000 per annum but he invariably works overtime and probably earns about £20,000 a year.
Can I claim JSA?
The situation is further muddied by the fact that we own a house we don't live in and receive rent which does not cover the mortgage and rent a house in which we live. We only married a year ago and my house was too small, we spent two years trying to sell my house and eventually decided to convert my mortgage to a buy to let and rent ourselves as my house was too small and completely impractical for us to live in. Any suggestions?

I got made redundant this year and i can appreciate the position you are in....My advise is to go to the job centre as soon as you are officially out of work ..they will look at your situation they will want all the evidence of monies in and out ie bank statements ...they will adjust your award as appropriate I.E. my joint claim was £105 they knocked off my £20 pension and a percentage for having savings over £6000 pounds leaving me £75 ..This is only a base line example and i think your best bet would be to go and see them unless someone on here can offer you other advise before you go in ....PS a tip DON'T tell them lies just be shrewd with the truth..lol .....I hope this helps,,,0
