perhaps whats needed, is a post on their FB page saying not impressed (like everyone is doing) then "like " FB pages of frims etc they are promoting and post on their walls how shabby an outfit this lot are and you are surprised their company wants to be associated with them.No two ways about this one: Anything Free is not a Basic Right..it had to be earned...by someone, somewhere0

Commenting on their FB page is a very good idea.
Remember you can like to make the comment then unlike after it, so they don't get the credit for your like too!

I recently got fed up chasing a prize and the company ignoring me that I sent an e-mail to [EMAIL="complaints@theipm.org.uk"]complaints@theipm.org.uk[/EMAIL]
In the e-mail I put from where, when and what I won and copied in relevant info.
Got a reply that with a case number and that they would be contacting the company and within two weeks I had received my prize.
They were polite, efficient and clearly have the clout to make it all work. I was very impressed ~ Smile and light up your world ~~ ask, believe, receive ~0
