Yes!! It happened to me, but then I scrolled down and found it had been added! Very odd. Maybe try again and see if it happens. You need to scroll down, at least I did. HTH.

Hello!

I've just spent half an hour swearing at it too but discovered that the code won't work if you choose a background colour for your mug (this makes the mug cost more). The background has to be white (as this is free, bringing the total to £7.99). Hope this helps!

It's still available, I had the same problem, however, I went through Quidco. You have to go through the offer link. promo.truprint.co.uk/mumsmug/mumsmug1/ Although I registered through Quidco, I just put in my details as a current member and then had the code generated and redeemed.

Luckily, it still works even if you have an account already.

Mine didn't arrive, contacted them and they say they have no record of the order and I have to re-order now at full price! How's that, now my mum gets it late and I pay full price! Great service!!!
