Trying to clear Debts but Creditors not budging

I have four main creditors which I need to pay off. Two Lloyds Cards, One Egg Loan (Now Moorgate) and a Halifax Card. I owe them approx £18000. I have been unemployed for a few weeks but would like to pay them off with my Pension payment of £10000. I wrote to all four creditors using the template letter on this website along with a Pro Rata table to make them approx 50% offers.

Thus far One Lloyds Card has been rejected and they have rebuffed my counter offer, requesting 75% of the balance. Moorgate have rejected and said they will not accept anything but 100% of the amount owed and it is non negotiable and heard nothing from the other two in two weeks,

Could someone please offer some assistance on how I can get these debts cleared and how I should change my tack?

Start making offers of monthly payment calculated pro-rata according to your surplus income. If you don't have any surplus, pay £1 per month as a token offer. If you have more than £5 per creditor available, you may wish to use the services of CCCS.

Make sure you are banking (and keeping the lump sum) in an account unconnected with your debts. After six months, try F&F again.
