Updated Printable Money off Coupons & Policies Thread 25

Chick_Loves_Thrift

Ok this has happened to 2 coupons so far (The only ones I've tried for)... the Free Blue Dragon Sachet Shot and the Innocent coupon... I have a Mac and they aren't printing even though the Mac prints from programs I have installed on here, so why not for these coupons? I noticed they both looked like they used the same process.... 3 blue boxes telling you the steps and then a print my coupon button underneath... But I go through the steps, try to print, and nothing happens! So I've lost out. I don't want to try to print any more until I have this issue sorted. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks :)

Do you have coupon printer?? Mines a mac and prints them off fine

Well I downloaded it, installed it and everything and it still doesn't print from those pages

Not much help Mac-wise, but I called Innocent yesterday (number on website) and they emailed me this morning asking for my address so they can post them to me. Very helpful friendly bunch too

Sorry not sure then, how about asking on the tec board someone may be able to help. You can always use I do not have a printer that always works

Ok some good news... It printed from Safari but not Firefox, so I think it's a browser problem?

Back from Sainsbury's and used 2 Veg Pots coupons.
£3.79 or 2 for £6, got 2 x 79p's (£1.58) off small shop - only bought some cheese truckles (3 for £2) and a bag of frozen large prawns on half-price @ £2.50 (Xmas stuff a little cheaper).

Ok fixed it in Firefox too.. If anyone has a Mac and is having problems make sure your plugins are up to date (Tools>Add-ons>Plugins and there is a link at the top which will take you to the page that checks them for updates) then I restarted FF when all updates were downloaded and installed and it worked Hth someone
