Went to Tesco the other day and they wouldn't accept the Aunt Bessies coupons on the custard because the price was less than the value of the coupon. Can they do this?

Also the Honey Shreddies are £1.50 at Asda so that's much better than at Tescos.

I had exactly the same happen to me recently (with a super trout) when I was trying to use the 50p coupon against the 49p modern milk. I emailed customer services to seek their opinion and they confirmed that a coupon could not be used against an item selling for less than the coupon :( ...sorry...

Moral of the story, try to avoid the trouts and you should be ok, I managed to get the result I wanted in the end! :o

I had a wee search and couldn't see this posted so apologies in advance if it has already been mentioned.
Sainsbury's in store have a promotion on persil non-bio 28 washes for 3 bottles for £10. With the voucher (comfort and persil one combined) you will get another £1 off each bottle.

So one bottle is normally £6.40 and you are getting three bottles for £7.00.:j

keeps telling me to install coupon printer !!

try this below from Cosmic-dust....it worked for me when having problems yesterday :j
In your toolbar click tools, click Internet options, click privacy, The first part = settings slide the bar down to low to let cookies. Then try to print. I had problems with a couple of coupons yesterday and this worked. After I printed my coupons I slid the bar back to medium settings.

I had same issues today and as I was on my work PC I rang head the IT dept and they told me to go to TOOLS>INTERNET OPTIONS>PRIVACY>ADVANCED and the to click the Accept or Prompt in both columns - but he said if I ticked prompt I would be asked everytime I clicked on something with cookies!

He also mentioned that the security setting being lowered may help but to always put it back!:D

I just did my 2nd Coupon Shop and it didn't go as well as last time - I planned on picking up the price drop boklet for the £1.00 off house hold voucher but they didn't have any booklets left - a bit iffy given they had loads yesterday!!!

Then I picked a guy who I thought would be fine and he picked at every coupon and argued over 2 of them - I wouldn't budge and he eventually got a supervisor. He basically said I couldn't use the £1.00 off the cakes voucher as I didn't pick the one in the picture - when I said it clearly stated any he then said I couldn't use it on reduced items - once again I asked him to show me where it stated that and he said it didn't state it - it was just the rule! I won in the end!!!

Still I reduced my bill from £26.00 to £20.00 - not to be sniffed at!

I'm goingto the USA next week and think I may try it there as we are there for a month!:rotfl:

I think a lot of Tesco branches have got confused and thrown the magazines in the bin because the offers in them were only valid until yesterday. They have not looked at the coupon expiry dates on the coupons. hth

I'm out and about in various places tomorrow so I am going to call into all that I come across until I find some!!!

I go away in a week but I want my freezer stocked up for when I come back and I am peniless!!! lol;)

Here's a small find for those who do have the voucher and like blue cheese!

Buy 3 x Castello Blue Cheese in Tesco for £5.04 (£1.68each), there's 50p off coupons on page 1 and then you save £1.00 when you spend over £4.00 on cheese so you will only pay £2.54 and then do the Tesco price check online as the cheese is only £1.00 in Asda - this will get you a voucher for £2.04 meaning your 3 packs of cheese will only cost you 50p! :T

Managed to get my Quorn roast from Morries for only 82p. lol
    Combined with Blue Dragon Shots:

Quorn roast £2 (same price as ASDA)
2 x Shots @ £2 for £2 (£1.59 each) and 2 x £1.59 taken off (£1.18 off shop), so £2 minus £1.18 = 82p. :money: Happy with that as I hate paying £3+ for them!! Son now has his Xmas lunch sorted. lol

    Got another 2 free Cravendales.

Did brothers shopping and Morries was busy with the BOG2F offers, good to see the staff topping the goods back up as they were literally flying out the door.

    Lynsey

Where did you get the voucher for the Cravendales we use this a lot :)

    thanks
