not personally but i just saw on a site i was looking at that someone had emailed them and recieved a reply about a complaint.

I also use to work customer service desk in morrisons a couple of years ago and very occasionaly they'd give out the ceo's email ( although back then it was marc bolland )
so it may be better for serious complaints,
however as the matter of lack of coupon acceptance seems to be happening more and more with morries then maybe it would do some good if the ceo actual answered the question =p

perhaps if anyone tries this method to complain they could also ask about their coupon policy

Natalie works in complaints (Customer Service), so any issues regarding any store complaint can be directed to her by email or by phone: 01274 261000
    Another avenue is:
    MAJDA FARID
    CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR
    WM MORRISONS SUPERMARKETS PLC
    08456116957
    Possibly above number also.

BTW, Morrisons policy regarding taking coupons is that they do accept them as long as it's for the product and the coupon is in date. They also take coupons on products that are on offer, or should, though this is a fairly new policy and they didn't used to.
It's just a pity their staff don't know or won't implement the companies policies!! Some of the good ones do though, try and stick to them. ;)

  • Hi, all...just a quick reminder for anyone with Loreal coupons...went to Superdrug to check out sale items and price some Loreal products....they have Titanium nail polish at half price...£3.09...also on 3 for 2 promotion...so got 3 posh nail varnishes for £6.18 less £1 voucher made it £5.18...less than cost of 1 normally!! Also a free canvas type bag...Because you re worth it.....Loreal face wipes £1.99 less £1.50 coupon made them 49p and it would have been rude not to buy a dettol soap set with my £3 off coupon making it just £2....and got 3 hair dyes for 49p/99p/99p from their sale baskets so a great haul for just over a tenner! Hope that helps somebody. Thanks as always to those who keep posting info re coupons....ps I managed to use 2 GU coupons in tesco on the bogof desserts so 4 puddings for £2.29...posh and divine taste!

hi after being refused saccla vouchers in morrisons my mum emailed them and they apologised and said it is there policy to take any internet vouchers as long as you buy the exact product and they would contact our store and let them know they also said there was not a maximum amount of vouchers you could use as long as you meet the terms of the voucher
