t’s a creamy white chocolate mousse with a centre of cherry and raspberry compote. The whole lot is covered in white chocolate . The sharpness of the compote cuts through the sweetness of the white chocolate and we found a very clever way of getting the dripping wax effect. A golden flame and a red ribbon make this a very beautiful, edible table decoration.

£5 instead of £12, but only had one left, better than none:j:j:j
