How to enter this COMPETITION
1. Enter your name, email address and phone number in the entry boxes. – click 'Enter'
2. Prize for 1 winner: Return flights for two from London to New York including airport taxes and fuel surcharges, 3 nights stay for two at a 3* hotel (based on two people sharing a double/ twin room).
3. The prize is to be claimed before May 2012 and travel is not permitted over Chrsitmas, New Year, Easter or Bank Holidays.
4. Prize does not include insurance, spending money or anything not mentioned as part of the prize above.
5. Entrants must be over 18 and either the winner or the person they bring must be over the age of 21 to check in to the hotel room.
6. Closing date is 04/12/2011; all entries must be received by midnight on this date.
7. The Winner will be notified by telephone or email. The winner is responsible for ensuring that they are able to accept the prize as set out and in accordance with these terms within 5 working days of notification. In the event that they are unable to do so then the promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize from the remaining eligible entries.
8. Only one entry per person.
9. No purchase necessary and no proof of purchase required.
10. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable.
11. Entrants must live in the UK and have full, valid visas and passports and meet the entry requirements to travel to the USA. Employees of Play.com, their families and agencies, and anyone directly connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
12. Promoter's address is Play Ltd, PO Box 192, St Helier, Jersey JE4 8RP. Prize is subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter retains the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value.
