Schwartz Castilian Hash

Back in the 80's Schwartz issued some little recipe booklets called "Cooking with Herbs and Spices". I have lost mine but there was a recipe in the "Dishes of the World" edition called Castilian Hash. It was very cheap but gorgeous and easy, I cannot remember the recipe (it used chick peas and mince I think).Does anyone have the recipe from the book? I would be so grateful. The books are now out of print according to Schwartz.
