What's the difference between a F&F Offer and an F&F IVA?

Hiya all:j

Just a quickie really, trying to sort out an F&F with the banks at the moment (no reply as yet GRRR) I remember the CCCS saying that if it wasn't done equally then it wouldn't be seen as fair and could mess up the chances of ever needing to do an IVA? I'm a little confused as I've tried to Google and have seen a F&F IVA what on earth is that?

I have so much advice and facts and figures number after number I am now confused to the point of needing my brain washing!

Would appreciate any help whatsoever!
Tania ;)
