Well I've just had a letter OF APOLOGY from a Debt Collection Agency - Direct and Legal Collections!!:T
I recently cancelled a car insurance policy with Sheilas Wheels and wrote to confirm this but they never cancelled it and wanted to charge me £57 which I refused to pay. They refered the amount to a DCA and I received 2 letters from them and I was fuming:mad: SO I sat down and wrote 2 letters or complaint- one to the DCA and the other to SW and I didn't mince my words. Today I received a letter of apology from the DCA and a letter of apology from SW PLUS £50 compensation and a promise that the DCA claim has been withdrawn. Result:T :T :T
