Littlwoods help

Hi Guys I wonder if you could give me a bit advice on something. I have gotten into a bit of a mess and am trying desperately to get it sorted, however littlewoods are causing me some trouble.
I owe them £2200 in total the minimum they will let me pay this back is £84 a month but in order to do this I have to sign up to a credit agreement which will cost me £1000 extra over 3 years. the origional £2200 was interest free.
My only other option seems to be to allow the acc to be passed over to a debt collection agency who may accept lower payments.
Any advice greatfully received
regards Elaine x

tbh it depends how much your credit rating is worth to you.
If this is the only debt you are having problems with and your credit rating is still good it might be worth shopping around and getting a better rate loan from someone else to pay off Littlewoods.
If on the other hand you have other debts you are struggling with it might be a better option for you to seek the advice of a non profit debt management service such as CCCS or Payplan and start a Debt Management Plan with them. As a rule this usually stops all charges and interest on your debts so you can eventually pay them off, obviously this does have a very bad effect on your credit rating.0
