Just a warning I received this ladies jacket and 3 superdry hoodies from this website this morning and they are clearly fake. I am fuming. What do I do?

:mad:They were dirty, smelly, creased, torn inside the pockets and unwrapped and unlabelled and i'm pretty sure they're fake too.

I have emailed the seller and asked for my money back - do you think I will get it? Has anyone had any experience of this sort of thing before.

I can't see them being fake but there are a lot of complaints of them being used items on their Ebay feedback. most likely seconds/store returns.

If the seller is uncooperative, open an Item not as described case in Paypal (not in Ebay as it is faster) and you will get told to return the items for a full refund. you will have to pay out for tracked postage back to them unless they offer to refund it but you will get a full refund of the original costs + outbound P&P.

These are not fake. This is a genuine retailler. In fact, every purchase I have made has been very good.

the feedback is awful if you read it through - I wouldn't purchase anything from someone on Ebay that had feedback like that

Yes fair enough, I've not had a bad experience yet though from them. In fact I would recommend them and I've made about 14 purchases from them in the last 12 months. Every item has been "as described" and posted in a timely manner. Although I am quite patient.

99.6% is bad? 198,216 positive feebacks in the last 12 months as opposed to 1556 mutuals and 702 negatives.
I would say that that was pretty good.

To me that says that less than 1% of its customers are not happy and probably not the type who would (should not) normally wear the brand anyway.

If you also read through the feedback, alot of the items are listed as new with defects, clearly showing pictures and description of what is wrong with the item. Looks like alot of the bad feedback is from buyers ordering items without reading the description and expecting brand new.

I've bought them a few times and never had a problem - they are not fake, just last seasons items or store returns. You do have to read the listing details to know what you are getting. MandM direct also do discounted Superdry.

Superdry as brand do come up small, I'm a 12 and a large normally fits me snuggly.
