2. The competition is open to United Kingdom residents aged 21 or over with a full driving licence held for at least 3 years which must be presented on the day. Excluding employees of Trader Publishing Limited, their immediate families, their Agents or anyone professionally connected to the promotion. Proof of identity and age may be required.
3. To Enter: Visit www.facebook.com/autotraderuk, submit your details and ‘Like’ the page. Participants can only enter the competition once.
4. Promotion runs from 12pm GMT Friday, 18th November 2011 until the closing date of 12pm GMT on Friday, 25th November 2011. Entries received after this deadline will not be accepted.
5. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected by way of an automated prize draw.
6. The Prize: 1 x Silverstone Supercar Roulette Voucher – where the winner will be allocated a drive in either a Ferrari, Nissan GT-R or Aston Martin. Redeemable at the Silverstone track based in Northamptonshire. Valid for weekends and weekdays. Vouchers cannot be redeemed until 4 January 2012 and are valid until the 31st May 2012. Height Requirements – 5ft 2ins – 6ft 4ins, Maximum Weight – 16st, Driving Licence: Participants need to be aged 21 or over and have held a full driving licence for at least 3 years which must be presented on the day.
7. Winner will be notified by email or phone by 16th December 2011 using the details submitted at time of entry. If the winner does not respond to such notification (after reasonable efforts) within ten working days, they risk being disqualified and their prize re-allocated.
8. Please allow 28 days for delivery of prize. No cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable.
9. If a winner is found to have acted fraudulently or contravened these terms and conditions the prize will be re-allocated.
10. Acceptance of the prize constitutes consent to use the winner’s name and their entry for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes.
11. Limitations of Liability. Neither the Promoter nor any other parties involved in the promotion assume any responsibility or liability for:
a. Any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions,
b. communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion.
c. inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination hereof.
