Sea bream

Hi, I got a whole sea bream from Tesco just now, the OH is home at 9:00pm and I want to get it cooked for her.

It's whole, I was thinking in the oven with milk, but I only got soya milk, so a bit of that & some butter....

How long for?

How about some diced garlic in with it?

Should I fillet it first? Easy to fillet? Fillet like a mackerel? I can fillet mackerels easy.

Or fried? I think oven is better...

Served with peas and broad beans in chive butter (also from tesco)

Thanks

sea bream is delicate taste yes? Salt, lemon and if you have any - fresh dill or parsley stuffed inside the cavity. wrap in foil and bung in oven!
peas and broad beans - Yummy!
need a little carb to balance that meal - Cous Cous if you have it flavoured with lemon and parsley (or dill if using it in the fish). or some potatoes cubed and fried in a little butter til brown on all sides!
Go get that fish in oven - you havent got long! and the fish wont mind being rested a bit while you get everything else plated!
