1 mile would cost £3907.20 better start saving.

This would give you 105600 single jaffa cakes with a combined calorific intake of 4752000 calories HTH.

This the distance from the Iconic Blackpool tower to Blackpool FC the home of the Tangerines which is is strangly enough the very flavouring used in the juicy little cakes.

Right thats half an hour of my precious time wasted on to something else lol.

    Thank you, inspace!

My next question - How many calories would I burn offf if I laid all the Jaffa Cakes end to end so I walked a mile while consuming them???????

    I've been Money Tipped!
A mile walking only burns around 100 calories (sadly) - that's on average. If you could manage to jog and eat, you would burn slightly more calories and even more if it was uphill.
Probably better off sticking to only 1 yard per day, instead of a "marathon" trip. :D You could always just build up steadily, start your "training" today and you may be "fit enough" to tackle the mile before Xmas. ;)

I get the price to be £3960.00 exactly (1760 x £2.25) - so slightly dearer I'm afraid, but a nice way to spend almost £4k.

But I need to stop to pick up the Jaffa Cake. Also, if I laid them out uphill, they'd maybe slide down. I think I'd better accept defeat and
just sit on the sofa and eat them. Perhaps if I chewed them really vigorously............ :p
  • Thanks for this. My sons have both asked for these for Xmas.

    Zippy x
:p Busy working Mum of 3
  • My problem with jaffa cakes is that I always eat the whole pack at once & I have a feeling that I might be sick if I ate a yard ( or more) at one sitting (or even jogging)!

Same here and I feel sick after the usual-size pack. I think they secretly put crack cocaine (or some other highly addictive chemical) in them.
