Hi again. Sorry ive been a while updating the situation.

Well I rang Lloyds and were very helpful, they said they will conduct a full investigation into it and 3 days later the money was back in my bank.

The loan company continued to ignore my emails regarding covering my costs incurred by them taking the cash out so im just weighing uo what to do next - or just be thankful I have my money back.

Are you still out of pocket as a result? If so, go straight to a Letter Before Action - give them 14 days to reimburse the expenses you incurred as a result of their debit, after which you will start a small claims action.

Make no mistake - if the boot was on the other foot they wouldn't be waiting around to see if you could be bothered to reply to emails.
