I have been employed by a company for the last 10 weeks. today i have been into work and had a meeting with my bosses, they have asked me if i feel that i am in the right job!!!!!
I started the job not knowing a thing about the product i am selling and with no field sales experience, but the company said that they would train me. I have been asking for various training sessions with my manager for areas which i feel that im struggling on, only to be told go and do it yourself......
What i really need to know is that what notice are they entitled to give me and if i work the notice are they obliged to let me have time off for interviews....
Thanks in advance

If I were you I'd write everything down that has happened/been said, then ask to meet with the bosses again. Go through it the way you have here and explain that you thought you were going to receive training and see what they say...0
