Free White Stuff necklace worth £22:50 with voucher from T/Graph on 27/11

I emailed the White Stuff yesterday and it came straight back to me with an 'Out of Office Auto Response' despite it being 2.30pm :mad:

Said they would respond within 3 working days so they have until Thurs afternoon or I will be writing again.

The SA in my local WS said they had personally contacted HO to complain as they were not given enough information about the offer and are still getting dozens of people 'waving vouchers' daily.

I feel kinda sorry for them - especially as they are right next door to a TML and everyone keeps saying how fantastic they were.

Sorry to resurrect this old thread but I had to share . I emailed White Stuff and the Telegraph using the contact details I'd posted previously. White Stuff emailed me to basically say "tough knickers" and I didn't hear a peep from the Telegraph....

...until today, when they sent me a hugely apologetic letter and a lovely necklace! :T:T. It turns out that some stores "did not adequately manage their quota of promotional packs" so they're sending some out to their valued readers to ease the disappointment. It *so* pays to moan to the right people!

So did I I've also replied to the 'tough knickers' (love that phrase - have stolen it :rotfl:) email from WS - I had complained about the staff attitude to people coming in with their vouchers not the actually lack of necklaces - and will be doing so again until I get a personalised response instead of the multi 'we couldn't care less' mailout they sent before. I'll update here if I finally hear anything.
