pretty sure you wouldnt get paid for blood donation as i never have but wouldnt it be great if you could donate excess fat and get paid for iti have an intermittant connection so sorry if i dont reply straight away

Blood donation in Britain is unpaid, maybe in the US they pay money for it but that's not any use over here.
As for sperm donation, under recent legislation children have rights to find out who their natural father is so in 18 years time you might get a surprise when a teenager knocks on your door and calls you daddy...Retired in 2015.
