Debt Free - with Equity?

Hi All - Quick question. My house is now on the market and i should get £15,000 equity from it. Am i right in thinking that my creditors (debt totalling £30,000) will probably accept half the amounts as final settlements?
i think this is what the CCCS said and i heard it on spendaholics the other day. I am on a DMP.
Has anyone got any experience of this?
Thanks a million!

HOpe the sale went well. They might even accept less than this if the debts are old
chevI want a job that is less than an hour driving away from my house! Are you listening universe?

I think 50% is a good place to start with. They may well require a higher percentage though so don't get your hopes up too soon.
