    Why not soak in a nice warm bath. It eases the pain.

    I sent alot of my labour sat in the bath. :)

    NOOOO that slows things down!!! (at least thats what my midwife told me, it's best to make sure you are in well established labour first)

    Right tens machine is on and tingling away lol. We're just off to have a walk down our village to get some lunch. Hopefully I won't look like too much of an idiots stopping every 10 mins for a contraction and having wires hanging out of my coat LOL.
