Webbilling.com keep charging me HELP

Hi i had signed up for a subscription from an adult website that used a company called webbilling.com one month i didnt have the money in my account so I cancelled my subscription to the website and the direct debit to them. I then sent them the money I owed (£32.50) along with an email to confirm my subscription was cancelled and there would be no more charges which they assured me there would not be in an email. I received an email from legalrecoveries this morning saying they were acting in behalf of webbiling and i owed a payment of 30. This was because a direct debit was to come out of my account for their client ( a website callef brazzers) which i never signed up for? I have emailed both companies on this subject but I am unsure of what to do at all

Not massively helpful.

Scammers rely on people being too embarrassed to stop unauthorised payments in these cases. For every person scammed over slimming pills/teeth whitening , there must be a dozen scammed over !!!!!!/viagra etc - but we don't hear as many complaints because of the embarrassment.

Better advice would be 'Stay out of !!!!!! sites that ask for card details' !

Is it possible you inadvertently signed up for another site during checkout? My, ahem, research tells me it's common for sites of such nature to advertise other sites with pre-checked checkboxes during the checkout process. Usually something along the line "[x] Yes, I would like a 1 day free trial at XXX which will revert to £30/m thereafter". It's quite easy, or so I'm told, to find yourself subscribed to a couple of sites.

Yea im pretty sure it did. I signed up for pornhub premium which i got charged for and i got it sorted but now it seems brazzers are looking compesation money. Can anyone tell me if theres any other websites included in this. And yes i am an idiot :L but im a worried one now

If i goback to pornhub premium and see what aits they offer then use that as a guide i can see what website im on then i can cancel my memberships. Im not sure about the legitimacy of these emails if im being scammed or not they are threatening to pass my details onto a court if i dont pay so im too scared not to
