So I've just checked my creditfile and a debt with capquest has been added to my file. The amount is £2112 and account type is bank, account opened Jun 2002. It

What can I do? Can I request who this debt is with from Capquest? all debts are cleared through my DRO so even if it's been passed on 2 years after will it stay on my file for 6 years or can I get it removed? Can it be passed on after a DRO has ended?

EDIT: From looking at the info it was defaulted September 2009 ad will drop off in September 2015, so does look like someone has just sold it on recently.
It's either Capital One who sold it on or another DCA who sold it on.

Is this an extra default, or one replacing a previous entry?

Is the default date after the start of your DRO?

Can be sold on I think, but if it's included in the DRO then Capquest are basically stuffed.

Well I have received my letters from them so I don't think they are chasing me :p the status is open though.

Should I go through my DRO creditors yet again and get them to close my file?

The default is during my DRO in 2009.

Think it was MBNA/Arrow Global who passed on my account.

I shall CCA these or as it's defaults and having no impact on my credit history (as far as I can see) should I just ignore it.
