Paying A Debt Off

hi everyone:) just wanted to ask what the best way to pay a debt off is i have a few small debts.. one is with Scotcall for about £60 and they have an online payment system is this safe to use?
also have one with clarity will paying this is a post office be ok? £340..
just want these to go away now after living with debt for a while i want to be debt free..so once there paid off i don't want any come backs telling me i haven't paid them etc..thanks people

I pay the company I owe to direct, ie not the debt collectors.0
