Full and final settlement with NorthernRock/Lloyds/HFC?

I might be in a position to offer full and final settlement to all my creditors in a couple of months time due to the possible loss of my job, the lump sum would be my redundancy payout but won't be enough to cover my whole debt, probably between 60-70% of it.

Has anyone got any experience of this with either, Northern Rock, Lloyds of hfc? What percentage of the total did they accept? Were they easy to deal with?

I'm currently in a DMP. I'm just trying to get my head around it all at the moment, hopefully I'll still be gainfully employed I just want to be prepared in all eventualities.

Thanks in advance.
