Magnetic copper bracelets (Do they work )

Hi all.I hope this is in the right department. I suffer from chronic arthritis and would like to hear from any of you that may use or have used a bracelet. I am not too sure if i need to get as powerful as possible bracelet or just a standard strength. I also suffer from heart problems and would like to know if i need to contact my GP before getting one. Many thanks for any help or advice you could give.

i tried a copper bracelet but didnt find any effect. i then tried a hematite one with magnets and do find it helps - whether its placebo or not i dont know

they are actually much cheaper than the copper ones (around £6-10) so might be worth a try first

didn't do anything for me, but each to their own. Could be mind over matter
Treat other's how you like to be treated.

    Harry born 23/09/2008
New baby grandson, Louie born 28/06/2012,
Proud nanny to two beautiful boys :j
And now I have the joy of having my foster granddaughter becoming my real granddaughter. Can't ask for anything better

    UPDATE,
As of today 180919. my granddaughter is now my official granddaughter, adoption finally granted
  • Seems to work for me - could be a placebo effect but tbh I don't care. If it works for me and I feel better then that's good enough.

I cannot take NSAID's unfortunately so have to rely on other forms of pain relief and copper seems to do the trick. Fish oils also help.

I also use copper inserts in my shoes sometimes - need some more. They too seem to work well.
