changed up my Tesco vouchers now cant spend them!!!

i have changed a £5 voucher into a £10 voucher as part of the clubcard exchange to buy a toy for my son thats £9.99 at checkout it wont let me use the code that Tesco have emailed me!! arghh has anyone else had this, also Tesco are now shut so i cant ring! thanks in advance.

Hi,unfortunately you have to spend the exact amount or more on the double up voucher as it will not work if you don't.0

Value soap is 30p in that case, though I'm sure the hardcore MSEs can find something cheaper than that to take you over the tenner.0
