X Box 360 with Kinnect - Games recommendations ?

Hi
I'm after some advice.
We've bought an Xbox 360 with Kinnect for our two children age 10 (nearly 11) & 6. However I'm now trying to find some games that they would both enjoy.
My son who's 10 has played with his friend on his X box and they've played Halo etc so all 15 + games but apparently they have a graphical content function which removes alot of the bad language etc.
He'd like lots of this type of game but I'm concerned as to how suitable they are especially as I also have a 6 year old daughter.
Does anyone know what age these games become with the graphical content function applied ?
Also the age ratings seem a little strange as I nearly bought the Michael Jackson dance game but that was rated age 12. Surely there can't be any bad language & violence in that ???
Has anyone any recommendations ?
