Alternatives to rubber gloves

I suffer from a bit of an allergy to washing up liquid, but I can't abide the rubbery squeak that Marigolds cause - anyone know of an alternative to rubber gloves that I could use for washing the dishes which would still protect my hands from the soap?

Boots do some which are from PV-somethingorother. They are blue and for sensitive skin and people with an allergy to rubber gloves - they have a flock lining too so they don't feel like rubber gloves.working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0

Don't know how easy these are to get hold of, but the medical type gloves are fab - think garages use them aswell, maybe Makro?0

It's more the rubber squeak on the plates that sets my teeth on edge (like nails on a blackboard), not so much the feel of the gloves on my hands.
There's some weird things that make me cringe - the worst one being people brushing their eyebrows against the grain. *shudders* Yuk.0 -
Can anyone recommend which are the best rubber gloves to buy?
I have been getting mine from Lidl's,a pack of 2 pairs for about 75p,but I find that they don't last very long and I soon get a hole in one of the pair.
Would it be better to buy more expensive gloves eg.Marigold,do they actually last any longer?
I only use them while washing up otherwise my hands get very dry from the soap and I can also have the water hotter if I am wearing gloves.0 -
I bought Tesco value ones - 2 pairs for about 48p and they seem ok to me but I'm not a heavy user!0
