These are the rules for the Tullamore Dew prize draw for the chance to win travel vouchers to the value of £2,000 for a trip to Boston for St Patrick’s Day Parade on 17 March 2012.

The promotion is a prize draw to win travel vouchers to the value of £2,000 for a trip to Boston for St Patrick’s Day Parade on 17 March 2012.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
The prize will consist of £2,000 worth of travel vouchers from a UK based travel agent.
The £2,000 vouchers are judged by the promoter as being enough to cover the following trip expenses: return standard economy flights to and from Boston, two nights accommodation in a central three star Boston hotel and travel insurance. As per costs supplied on 30/11/2011 by Thomson Holidays.
Responsibility for the planning and booking of the trip is the winners and guests own.
The Promotion is open to anyone who is a resident of the United Kingdom and aged 18 years old or over (proof of age may be requested).
Both the winner and their guest must be aged 18 or over.
Employees of First Drinks Brands Limited (the Promoter), or any company within the same group of companies as the Promoter, their agents or anyone professionally associated with the Promotion (Associates) and their immediate families are not allowed to enter.
The winner’s guest must also comply with these rules.
To claim the Prize, the winner and winner’s guest must have a valid passport, visa and any other necessary travel documentation required to travel to the destination.
The entrant must like the following Facebook page facebook.com/tullamoredew as a criteria for entering into the prize draw.
Liking the Facebook Page or checking in to it does not automatically register or enter the participant into the promotion.
To be entered into the prize draw the entrant must answer a multiple choice question on the Tullamore Dew Facebook page and fill in their personal details.
By submitting their details the entrant agrees to all terms and conditions regarding this promotion.
No purchase is necessary to enter the Promotion or to claim the Prize.
Only one entry per person is allowed.
Any third party entries, multiple entries or entries submitted by agents will not be accepted.
What’s included and what’s not included in the Prize?
£2,000 worth of travel vouchers from a UK based travel agent
Vouchers can be used as full or part payment towards any holiday, flight, accommodation or any other travel service; excluding low cost airline bookings.
The trip must be taken between 15th & 19th March 2012.
The Promoter will organise the procurement of the travel vouchers: Vouchers can only be redeemed through the Promoter’s chosen travel agent; on a carrier of the Promoter’s choice; and must be booked at least thirty (30) days prior to the desired date of travel.
The winner and winner’s guest are responsible for all trip expenses not specified in these rules as being included, such as taxes, ground transportation (such as taxis and buses), travel insurance and gratuities.
Other restrictions may apply to the transportation and accommodation.
Once flights and accommodation details are confirmed by the Promoter’s chosen travel agent (on behalf of the Promoter), no change will be possible.
The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any circumstances that may cause the winner and/or winner’s guest to be unable to travel on the date of their booking.
Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, travellers cheques or foreign currency.
If the value of your booking is less than the total value of your vouchers chosen travel agent will give you the change in vouchers.
Any refund associated with your booking will be in vouchers, to the extent that the vouchers were used to pay.
This voucher is not valid if it has been defaced with a stamp from any of the above travel agents.
In the case of telephone bookings, for payment of deposits, or bookings where payment is due in full, payment must be made in the first instance by credit/debit card until the vouchers have been received by the chosen travel agent. Your card will then be credited with the value of the vouchers received. First Drinks Brands Limited cannot accept responsibility for vouchers posted to us and advise the use of special delivery.
The closing date for Registration Forms to be received by the Promoter is midnight on 30/11/2011. (UK time).
How will the winner be chosen?
The winner of the Prize will be drawn at random by an independent judging organisation (whose decisions are final in all respects) from the database of all the filled out Registration Forms submitted before the closing date.
The draw will take place within five days of the closing date.
How will the winner be notified?
The winner will be the first name drawn.
The promoter will use reasonable efforts to notify the winner by email within 5 days of the draw.
The winner must respond to this email within 28 days.
