Fitted sheets for a small double bed?

I am getting a small double bed for my ds's room, I assume a regular double duvet would be fine just hang over the edges more but where can I get fitted sheets to fit the mattress at a reasonable price? Everywhere I have found them they are coming up as around £15 for one! TIA X

What do you mean by "small double"? Do you mean 4' 6" wide? What length?

I bought small double fitted sheets a while back at Linens Limited, I think they advertise them under '3/4 size'.

4'6" is a "normal" double bed, that is you just buy ordinary double sheets for it, should be able to find some in places like supermarkets for good prices.

No sorry my mistake, it's only 4 foot wide so not as wide as a regular double?

It would appear that you have a "three quarter" bed if that helps with your search.

i bought my ds a 4ft small double and searched high and low for fitted sheets

finally found them at tonystextiles, good price and good quality. he also does the mattress liners etc for 4ft and normal
