Arrggh!!! I've just checked my online banking and they've charged me for the bloody thing! They 'claimed' the money yesterday.
How can they do that when they cancelled the order??

just got off phone they will take 3-5 days to refund me P*ss takers!! not happy!!

Any other company only 'hold' the money until the item is dispatched, and then they 'claim' it.
Tesco & Debenhams take the piff for this.

I complained about this to Tesco who said Cosatto gave them the wrong stock amount and ive now received an email from Cosatto saying its a John Lewis exclusive and tesco never had the stock to even sell it.

Don't know who to listen to as i have seen this highchair being sold on Boots etc. Hate being messed about.

Off to check my bank account incase Tesco have taken any money.

I suggest anyone who hasn't had a refund, call them.
I just spoke to them and they said the order hadn't even been cancelled or refunded! He had to do it while I was on the phone!

I had my refund yesterday, including the value of the clubcard vouchers I had used. I would have rathered have the vouchers back to do clubcard exchange, but never mind.
I did see the same high chair in Boots today with no price tags or bar code on, but they couldn't tell me how much it was. Wonder if they might be reduced as discontinued there soon?

I still waiting for a refund tesco took money straight away and 7 days later still no refund but got a email yesterday saying the refund has just been sent now have to wait 3-5 more days,(but the text message 6 days ago said i had been refunded) ?????? i wont be trusting them with money, they must have taken £1000 off people just for this mistake :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
