CV advice needed for a mature student

I wonder if anyone can advise me on how I should do my CV for an internship position I've got the chance to apply for.
I'm in 2nd year of uni, did an access course before that, and currently work part time in a supermarket. Whilst on my access course I worked in a local shop - I started at the supermarket during the summer before I went into my first year of uni.
However before that I was a secretary/PA in Scotland and England for almost 25 years and moved about quite a lot within various sectors - I also did a fair amount of temp secretarial work as I moved around with my partner.
I know how to highlight to skills that are required for the internship position, but I'm assuming I put my university education (such as it is) at the top of my CV then add my employment at the bottom - but to be honest I've never had to do a CV like this before and would appreciate any pointers - the internship is a really good opportunity - I've only been asked to apply, no guarantees of course, but I hadn't really anticipated having to do a CV until I graduated!
Thanks in advance.
