Anecdotal: Buy to Let Dying?
A few years ago at the hight of the housing bubble buy to let interest was massive. Even at the first part of the crash when buy to let mortgages were dramatically pulled there was still a lot of interest.
That brings me to today, a period when all the vested interests are shouting record rents and increased mortgages, that buy to let is back with vengeance.
However I come across the Singing Pig forums today. It was a very busy forums full of buy to let investors new and old. However today I look and the forums are dead, the threads have been ignored for days or weeks. No one even replies to the threads.
Is it a busy forum that has just died or in general have people fallen out of love with buy to let?

Singingpig users got sick of the HPC crowd spamming the forum, and so moved to PropertyTribes where anonymous users are frowned upon and banned instantly if they troll.
