Tesco Clubcard Exchange

I have never exchanged my clubcard points before. I did the exchange on-line this morning and asked for it to be emailed to me. I expected it to be emailed fairly soon after but it still hasn't arrived some 11 hrs later. Can any one tell me if this is normal. I don't have a Tesco near me and was planning to travel to one tomorrow.
