(((hugs))) to you and jamsponge, gentle ones of course! Fellow fibromyalgia sufferer and can fully understand what youre going through. I got up on 3 different occasions last night to take my painkillers, went to the kitchen, got a glass of water, drank it and settled back on the sofa before I realised I hadnt taken the pills :rotfl::rotfl: DH thinks Ive lost the plot sometimes....sooooo :Dmany stories
thats why i was trying so hard to stock up on deals, the capuccino was great as it means i don;t have to get up numerous times for milk etc.
the crumpets/pancakes have also been great so i have had really easy snacks as i also don;t bother eating very well.
weather is so cold and horrible everyone is suffering with colds/flu etc keep warm guys and hope you lot up north are ok.0 -

Bags of Red Lion Wine Gums available fro sale in Tesco Kilmarnock (assume elsewhere too) for 12p !!! All profits from sale of Red Lion Foods goes to welfare charities concerend with troops, such as Poppy Appeal. At 12p you cant go wrong. They tast just as good as the Maynard's one on sale next to them at £1.48 for same size bag.

Might be useful to someone?
If 'all profits from the sale' go to the charity, I'd be concerned how much profit theres going to be for them if they are being sold for 12p!0 -
