morning allThey'll go thru those no bother if there is food inside!! the little beggars that made the shed their home nibbled thru the cap of a bottle of T-cut...must have had something edible in it!!:rotfl:
weve got two pet mice they ate through the wooden lid of their glass tank so DDs BF made them a metal lid, the little bookends leap up and grab hold of one of the drilled airholes and nibble away in 3 months its gome from a neat round hole to an oblong measuring about 3cm long they are clever they double team and work on the same hole. if they notice you watching them they jump down and try to act all innocent they will get through anything if they want to
off to Ts DD has just rung with a wrapping paper requestSPC~12 ot 124

Oh wow, That is so kind!!!!
I live near Birmingham, West Midlands.... i dont think it would be worth travelling to Wales would it?? .
I will happily buy it from you and pay for postage too, if it will work out cheaper than buying locally?
I really cant believe the generosity of some people on here.... I have a little tear in my eye... seriously. xxxxxProud Mummy to a new little girl - Phoebe... born 11 days overdue on 3rd Jan 2012.0 -

will give that a try... seems such a shame to throw everything away. It was all brand new, Unused, all set up ready for when baby arrives...... Looked lovely too
Gonna get myself a water pistol, sit in the front porch and wait for any unsuspecting cat to pass by my door....... GangstaCat... lol..
My new neighbours are gonna hate me!
my cat died this summer:( but when we got him over 14 years ago i told the neigfhbours if he was seen using their gardens as a littler box they had my full blessing to let him know he wasnt welcome with a well placed water jet. if its your new neighbours cat i would explain to them whats happened and say for the saftely of your baby when it arrives you feel you have to use whatever means are necessary to make the cat feel unwelcome at your house. a quick spray of water isnt cruel and after a couple of times the cat should get the message.SPC~12 ot 124

Morning folks...... Thought i'd say hello after rather a long time away... really didn't realise just how long I had been away
until I signed in early hours of yesterday morning to find a lovely message from QPR10 asking me how the cat was..... dated 8th November :eek::eek::eek:
To save me time as I don't have very much of it to spare i'll post my reply to that message.....
Hi QPR10,
So sorry, I not been signed on here for weeks..... as I can see by the date of your message!!!! Opps!!!
I have had the occational 10 min lurk but you lot chat so much I haven't got time to keep up or post at the moment!!! Have had a bit of a hard time with family stuff and caring for my Mum who has been pretty poorly, (I am registered as her official carer.) Unfortunatly the cat did loose her kittens, which was also very upsetting in one way, but also a relief for her in another, as she was very young and also pretty much skin n bones when I took her in.... making me think they probably didn't develop properly in the early stages. Vet seemed to think they were probably lost at about 40-50 days, but as she was still stuffing her face she remained pretty podgy.... she has since been on a 2 sachet plus dry food diet and seems to be thriving well on it and now a healthy weight.... I'll post a message on the thread tomorrow if I get a chance, when folk are about..... I know some of you nutters are still on at 1am, but not that many.
Thanks again for asking.
elsie....
Today I am having a day off from going to my Mums, but thats only as my DS has an orthodontist appointment mid morning.... which has meant I had to take him to school, have to pick him up mid morning, take him to appointment, take him back to school, then pick him up at the end of school.... oh, and then it's another trip out to one of his clubs this evening. Do I then sit there for 2 hours waiting for him, or do a 10 mile round trip to Mr T's....... Bring on a list of bargains today please to make the Mr T's option worthwhile, lol
Hopefully I can start to find a few mins to say hello a bit more often....0 -
