It;s always been like this for me when I follow someones link. I use Google Chrome browser.

moral of story, its easy for people to put a small amount of code in,
    u wouldn't notice it.

if u want to follow a link put it through google search 1st and let their software protect your computer

also boring frequent but when was the last time you updated your anti virus software ? and scanned full system ?

am talking to everyone not just artha

if u spend money online then you really should give your pc as much protection as possible, run windows update and any other protection updates daily as hackers write new codes daily

boring frequent, sorry guys n girls just a gentle reminder.
Back to square one, no apg, no comment.

Yes they are fine for anyone to use as they are not linked to original clubcard, the same as the petrol vouchers - I checked with CS a while back - no problems at all :D

    Antivirus software, whats that? :rotfl:

I'll run malwarebytes now and again and even occasionally go to symantec.com and run an online sweep. Thats about as protected as my PC gets. Too much hastle. Oh and I've been online since the old 28.8 modem days so not a newbie.

Its not a suitable strategy for everyone though!!

Realise you are talking in general but for info I use my laptop for things like this site and general browsing only, as it is only protected by Microsoft Essentials + weekly ccleaner and periodic Malwarebytes scan. My desktop PC is used only for financial transactions and email and is protected by Virgin AV+ daily ccleaner and Malwarebytes every couple of days+ resident microsoft essentials

The reason I ask is because I've sometimes found these in my trolley and seen that they say something like " hand this to till operator along with your clubcard" I assumed that a till spit could only be redeemed in conjunction with the original clubcard used for the purchase that generated the till spit:(

  • Thanks for your help earlier guys - No DM left... some greedy gannet had taken it all... never mind.. did get the last 4 comfort though... gave a lady my other coupon, made her day.... so that made me feel good. :)
got a few other bits too taht were all baught with coupons. - Got some Ellas Kitchen breadstick things with a £1.00 off coupon, they were only 97p, so free..... and 2 of the blue dragon shot sauces... free also. Aunt Bessies Custard - Free. and Andrex for 50p.... all in all, a £18 odd shop for only £4 odd...... feel so pleased with my first coupon mission.... think this may be my new thing until another good glitch comes up...

Also - i had a very quick look at the other shelves - were some Lynx shower gels that were priced at £1.00 - offer ending 6th... scanned the yellow one - sorry cant remember the name, and it was coming up at £2 something - so could get a DTD on this - i didnt bother as sooo many coupons and CS close... couldnt be bothered with the hastle... but one to watch out for for others..... :)
Proud Mummy to a new little girl - Phoebe... born 11 days overdue on 3rd Jan 2012.
