  • Just back from my weekly shop at Ts.

HC, I enjoyed you jokes. Perhaps the person who has objected is a Tesco Trout trying to cut down on the number of posts so it is easier to keep track of the finds lol. Just remember though, it was just one person who objected, out of the however many it is that read this thread. You can please some of the people some of the time, you can't please all of the people all of the time (although you do come pretty close to the latter).

At Wat ford Extra today I found the tesco orange flash wipes, going through at 24p. I got four and there loads left on the shelf.
I found some of the bags of halloween sweets for 1p. If anyone is interested, pm me and I will tell you where they are. There were quite a few left.
The candles were half price but no B1G2F.
There was a SEL for £6 for the Sally doll but no dolls on the shelf. Will keep checking when I go, for those who have asked.
I finally found the modern milk. It was on the shelf above the skimmed milk cages. I've been looking in the wrong place thinking it would be in with the yop etc.
The Hovis home bakes are on buy 2 for £2 special offer. I had the voucher for a free one off the voucher board so got £1.59 off.
The Andrex Fresh washlets are on special too at £1 a pack and I had a 50p MOC off the vouchers board for that too.
Got two Innocent Veg Pots free and money off my shopping as they are on special at 2 for £4 and each free pot voucher scanned for £3.79
All in all, not a bad shop but no major glitches to report unfortunately.

  • I have no interest in HC's jokes personally - this thread is hard enough to keep up with without jokes - but I think it is a disgrace that someone has contacted HC privately and threatened and bullied him into stopping.

I quite understand that his fear of being banned is stopping him from posting in future despite the overwhelming majority of readers of this thread wanting him to continue.

I notice they don't have the b***s to speak up publicly... They say all bullies are cowards and that seems to be the case here. As far as I can see, when any thread reader has objected a particular joke, HC has been quick to remove it and no one should ask more of him than that.

If anyone should be banned it is the humourless bully who feels they have the right to impose their wishes on the majority. Shame on you...

After all of your descriptions of the finished results, do you think it should be in the same sentence as cooking? Only joking (is it allowed?)
    I think you are :A for trying.:T

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me three times and I'll smash your face in. :D

    Good luck for tomorrow Czerniacha.
