:beer::j:beer::j:beer::j:beer::beer::j:beer:Celebrations and heroes scanning at 10 pounds in b##mth extra - my first DTD

    Thanks guys

Well done on your first dtd! :T
hi i am brand new here. had been following the thread for a while but it started moving too fast for me, so might just have to dip in and out. had a lot of luck finding things today so decided to post at last!

got 6 of the 34p DM bars in c*nnswater store thanks to seeing spirallingdown (thankyou!) mention that there were plenty there. going to make rice crispie buns for people in work with 99p T own-brand cereal. also got the cadbury halloween mallows for 43p in the clearance section on the same trip.

later today i got handcream in boots with a SEL of reduced to £2.50 but it scanned through at 80-something pence. can check exact name/barcode if anyone wants. shortly afterwards i was buying cat litter tray liners at a local independent shop - they were marked at £2.99 but only got charged 99p for them. and finally i found £1 on the ground while putting petrol in my car :)

going to T's now for the weekly shop so hoping the luck continues ;)

Welcome to the thread:) It's such a lovely place, you'll fit in fine here! :)

    xx

Someone reported coke zero 2l as scanning at 10p in their store but others have since said it is scanning full price elsewhere so could be store specific.

    Re the 25% off wine.
A few months ago, when the same offer was on, wines that were 2 for £12 or 3 for £12, glitched, because the 25% came off the original bottle price and before the multiple buy kicked in, so there was a super discount when buying 6!:j
I am going to T early morning so will let you know if the same thing is happening again.:)
    It could be a,

Cono Sur Pinot Noir was £2.19 in 'sneckie rp last night although no SEL. Had last 4 on shelf but may be more put out today.

For all of you lot "south of the border", think yourself lucky when you buy your wine and champagne as we (Scotland) have a new law out forbidding multibuy offers on alcohol, therefore no 5% discount on 6 bottles and we cannot even double up our clubcard vouchers for alcohol.

I checked this online as I overheard CS telling someone we can exchange vouchers online and use them for wine instore.

    Taken from the Tesco website:

Due to the Scottish Alcohol Act customers in Scotland will not be able to exchange their vouchers in store for Finest wine and Finest Champagne tokens.

Customers can still exchange their vouchers online and redeem the tokens in store. For more information visit tesco.com/terms.

To exchange your vouchers online visit tesco.com/clubcard/rewards.
