they do lose pressure as oxygen is lost from the water, or you have a slight seepage from a joint. you may not notice the latter as it would evaporate with the hot radiator. it would do no harm to replace lost pressure, but keep an eye on it to see how quickly pressure is lost.
More apt question.
When was the last time the boiler was serviced ?
This subject never ceases to amaze me.
Car has legislation in place requiring vehicle's to have yearly MOT once 3 years old.
A faulty boiler is as lethal as a car with faulty brakes, neither are user serviceable yet the boiler carries no legislation.Back to square one, no apg, no comment.0 -

I only moved into the property less than a week ago - so should have had a full service etc before i moved in... im sure it did. Im currently awaiting on my own saftey checks 'just in case' - did everyone know that the fire service will come round and do a fire saftey check for free?!! i think this is a great idea.... can never be too safe with kids in the house.
I always get my boiler checked and other saftey checks done every year too...x

Did you have multiple profiles to get more vouchers from Unilever VIP? I thought it was because of something else I had done but when I tried to sign in to my other accounts they have been blocked also. So I went in to the emails associated with each account and I had email from Unilever saying that they take fraud seriously and would be reporting the matter to Facebook.0 -

My landlord tells me that boilers have to be serviced once a year by law. Or is that a Scotland only thing?0 -
mine has to be serviced once a year. My landlord is really good at it. So much more so than the last one!
Back last year sometime, i couldnt get any hot water or heating even though everything was as it should have been.
Got the landlord out, turned out that when we had put something in the airing cupboard, we had knocked one of the switches (there are 2) and that was what made it not work. Maybe check if you have any switches that are in the wrong position?I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Health & Beauty, Greenfingered Moneysaving and How Much Have You Saved boards.
