This has been mentioned on another thread, but not sure if its been on here, it might not be considered enough of a saving, but as this thread is where i found the smarties and TCO, I thought i would post it.

Not my find, it was 'old mother' on another thread.

tubes of wine gums, usually 35p each, selling for £1 for 11 tubes! (looks like a glitch as the smaller 12p tubes are on the same offer, see this link for both tubes, it is the ones with the yellow ends that are the best value..

Gardenia also pointed out the lollies as well, should be 30p, same offer 11 for £1, although not sure if you could get them mix and match, so best to get 11 of each...

I got 3 cellular blankets @ £8 each but there was an ood sel for 3 for 2 so £16 dtd.

Sadly my baby days are long behind me so I wouldn't have looked in this department had you not suggested it so many thanks.

Surely you can only get dtd if they are priced at £3 and you are charged £6?

some stores had an incorrect SEL of 4for£3.50 on the 4 packs of Andrex...but think they were all removed and corrected to 2for£3.50 by the end of the day!

They are in one of my locals, also picked up some of the wine gums last night too. There were plenty wine gums left on shelf but only about 4 loose big lollies so left them there.

Aha! I have seen some But no scanner there also hubby keeps saying we have enough from the £2.55 big packs awhile ago and while we have 'a few' I am always up for storing a few more, lol.

The Halloween ones aren't normal Andrex quality & no puppy points (:() so I took mine back for a refund

Ha. so much for 'see you all later'! I got back from T's, and was catching up, then was merrily writing my next post when the internet & phone went off. :mad::mad: Really worried, cos last time some !!!!!!! had nicked the cable outside the village, and we were two weeks with no phone or internet.:eek::eek::eek:
Really peeved as I was so excited to get a 'golden', and wanted to share. No internet all day yesterday, but came home from work this morning to find it was back on:j. I've now got about 35 pages to catch up on. :eek: (You lot don't half talk!! )
I'll write the details of my Friday shop on a word doc while I'm scanning the posts I've missed, and copy & paste it when I've caught up.

Oh, by the way, I'm dying to know if anyone took advantage of the Vax deal I posted. Yes I know, I'm a nosey so & so, but it is so nice to share isn't it. Right I'm off to catch up now.
