Painted lining paper gives a really nice finish, I've used it in quite a few rooms and my OH is a real perfectionist, trust me the finish is lovely:)
Hi, what i do also is when i have finished hanging the linning paper before i paint it i go along the top of the wall [ the bit were it meets the ceiling ] and the bottom of the wall [ the end were it meets the skirting] with decorators filler this seals the wallpaper and leaves a neat finish and stops the paint from getting under the linning paper and also stops the paper from peeling from the walls.hth0 -
