My son has just informed me that along with the travel cot he is after, he now wants a mattess, sheets and blanket too. Aaaarrgghh! Still not found any bargain ones at my local Mr T so it looks like paying top price tomorrow.:(

Does anyone know the cheapest place to get these from, pleeeease :) (I've been looking out for the cot for a few weeks now but need one for Friday). Thanks

Can I just advise you to buy a basic one - the cheapest travel cot you can get - because honestly they are all the same ! I bought witch best buy for everything for my boys - and in the end the stuff I bought for my mums was the cheapest and did just as good a job ! Travel cots are all of a similar standard !
As for sheets any baby store as long as they're 100% cotton !!! hth

Tesco are the cheapest for sheets at the mo, cot sheets, fitted are £5 each but 3 for 2, flanelette same price.
pram are 2 for £5 also three for 2 and bedding sets are about £22 also three for two, look online as they are often in stock where stores sell out quickly.

A little while ago I posted that I was adopting another dog from the RSPCA.
She is the sister of another of our rescue dogs who we have had since he was a pup.
Poppy (the new dog) has been rehomed twice since she was born so we our her third home. Previous owners could not cope with her boisterous behaviour.
I collected her from the RSPCA this lunch time and after a very chaotic afternoon, here is a picture taken earlier this evening.

Poppy the new dog is on the left and Rajah our original pup is on the right.
I think she is going to settle in very quickly!!:)
