Morning guys hope your all well. Haven't read back yet.

Just got back from my "normal" shop which gets harder to do as I still vere of track to hunt things!

Picked up the mcvities cookies mini bags 6 pack, cadbury fingers mini bags 5 pack and the mini jaffa cakes 6 tubs on offer 3 for £3 until midnight

However, offer has been expired already so not reduction at till so DTD

cost £1.69+£1.69+£1.59 total £4.97 so dtd back £3.94 = £1.03 for 3 multipacks bargain lunchbox fillers

(offer online is 2 for £2.50 from tomorrow, pity no overlap;))

I just got 3 packs of the mini jaffa cakes and it went through correctly at 3 for £3 so it must be either store specific or the cookies or fingers that are glitching

  • Hello everyone, thanks for the info re the stuck pricecheck I will try that again.

The Secret Nuclear Bunker is actually a really fascinating place, I met the owner when I was there, lots of crazy stories about it. The signs do make me laugh though.

Madmuppet nice to see you posting, miss you from the coupon thread.

How is everyone getting on with the Sacla in Ts, as it hasn't been reduced in my Extra, weird and I have loads of coupons for them?

Also, can anyone help me with choosing a Pannetone? DH has a nut allergy (but not peanuts) so I don't know if he'll be able to eat one. (Of course I can go and check the ingredients list but I thought I'd ask you culinary experts:p)

with the carrot cake, it says the offer ends 23rd so does that mean it will still be £1 tomorrow or only until midnight tonight? xx

Just a quick question, can you put wombled receipts through pricechecker if they have other peoples clubcard number and debit card partial details on, I never dare do this, TIA

I've never had any problems doing this. ;)
Couldn't think of anything witty to say so just keeping the space until I can :(

Trouted today when an ood sel for the babyclothes £5 event didn't kick in. CS referred to Duty Manager who first said it was newborn size only, not size 0-3month (sel said 0-12 months); then said selected items only so didn't apply. I showed them individual sel on each rack of things I bought but wouldn't budge - said they would refund difference only. CS was apologetic until I asked for HO tel no. Rang them from the car park - was asked to go back into store to collect DTD and let them speak to duty manager. I got my extra money but if looks could kill! The were v frosty with me and scribbled "good will" all over my receipt...... face, bothered???? :D
