Where to buy jars for sweetie jar presents?

Hi, I'm planning to put together some sweetie jars as presents for various family members. I've found some large jars quite cheap on the ikea website:
http://www.ikea.com/gb/en/catalog/products/80065865/
However, I wondered if anyone had found any in more accessible high streety type shops as I don't fancy driving 20 miles up the motorway if I don't have to.
Thanks

The only place other than ikea that I've seen them at a reasonable price is at QD but still more than Ikea. Haven't seen any cheaper than Ikea.0

Hi, I saw some 'kilner' type ones in Home Bargains (if you have one of those nearer, not sure if they are stocked online) I think the small ones were about 79p and the nice big ones £1.49.
I thought at the time, wish I had something I could fill them with for a pressie, might go back and get some sweets too!HTH

They have Kilner jars in Poundland. The ones that the previous poster mentions in HB are nicer but they will do the same job!0

I bought some similar one's in my local Tesco, they're more square than round though. I *think* they cost around £3 each though so Ikea may be worth the trip!0

Check out Dunelm and The Range too if you have them near you, especially for smaller ones. Be the kind of woman that when your feet hit the ground each morning the devil says, "OH CARP, SHE'S UP"! :whistle:0
