Have you considered having your old one serviced? We had been using ours while having building work done and it stopped working. After a service at a local Dyson centre it's like new again....
Too late now, I picked up my new one today and it's soooo much better than the last (10 year old) one. I had a bit of a fight for both the free accessory kit and the £50 Argos voucher. The girl at the checkout called HO when the store manager couldn't work out how to get it. HO said you could only have one offer not both. I stood my ground and without getting angry said I would have the gift card and speak with HO myself about a misleading advert. The girl at the till said she would try speaking with someone else at HO and called again. She got more sense this time and was told how to put it through the till. Eventually got both so am happy but if you are looking to pick up this deal be prepared for a fight....:)0 -

I can't decide to go and get the one I've reserved now as I've just noticed when reading the fine print that it can't be used with any offer and as the one I've reserved comes with the free tool kit it probably explains why it doesn't have the £50 voucher showing on-line for it. It's a 40 mile round trip and don't want it if I can't get the voucher.0 -
